About your order

How to order (members)

  1. 1) Click the [Add to Cart] button on the desired product details page.
  2. 2) Place the cursor on the "shopping cart" at the top right of the screen, check the items in the cart, and then click the Continue to Checkout
  3. 3) The items in the cart will be displayed.
    It is possible to move the items in the cart to "Favorites".
    If you press the [Move to Favorites] button, it will be deleted from the cart and moved to "Favorite Items".
    Please note that if you move, the product will not be secured.
  4. 4) Click the [Continue shopping] button to select more products, or click the [Continue to Checkout] button to order with this content.
    • * Items in the cart will be secured for 60 minutes. After 60 minutes, the reservation will be canceled, so please proceed to the cashier as soon as possible.
    • * If you are not logged in, please click the Continue to Checkout
    • * If you wish to have gift wrapping, please click "How about gift wrapping?" To add the gift wrapping set to your cart.
  5. 5) Confirm your order.
    If you have not specified the delivery date and time, or changed the delivery address, click the [Confirm Order] button.
    • * If you want to specify the delivery date and time, or change the delivery address or payment method, click the [Change] button for each item to correct the information.
    • * To use points or coupons, click [Use points / coupons] and set the points and coupons to use.
  6. 6) When the completion screen is displayed, the order is complete.
    An "order completion email" will be sent to the registered email address.
    You can check the ordered product and the specified delivery date and time by this email.
    * Please note that you cannot cancel or change the payment method after completing your order.

Since the listed products are also sold at physical stores and other online shops such as Rakuten, there may be cases where they have already been sold or orders are duplicated. In that case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please note that we will give priority to the one with the earliest order time.
* However, in the case of products listed at the same time as the actual store, sales at the actual store may be prioritized depending on the timing. Please note.

How to order (non-members)

  1. 1) Click the [Add to Cart] button on the desired product details page.
  2. 2) Place the cursor on the "shopping cart" at the top right of the screen, check the items in the cart, and then click the Continue to Checkout
  3. 3) The items in the cart will be displayed. To select more items, click [Continue shopping], and to order with this content, click [Continue to Checkout to checkout without registering as a member].
    • * Items in the cart will be secured for 60 minutes. After 60 minutes, the reservation will be canceled, so please proceed to the cashier as soon as possible.
    • * Please note that the service for members will not be applied if you place an order without registering as a member.
    • * If you wish to have gift wrapping, please click "How about gift wrapping?" To add the gift wrapping set to your cart.
  4. 4) Enter all customer information and delivery address information and click [Next Step].
  5. 5) If you wish to specify the delivery date and time, enter it and click [Next Step].
    • * Depending on the product you ordered and the delivery area, you may not be able to specify the desired delivery date.
    • * You can specify the specification within 10 days after the 6th of the order date.
    • * If you want the shortest date, select "Do not specify delivery date and time".
  6. 6) Select your preferred payment method and click [Next Step].
  7. 7) After confirming customer information, delivery address information, delivery date and time, payment method, order details, and terms of use, click the [Confirm order] button.
    • * To use a coupon, click [Use Coupon] and set the coupon to use.
  8. 8) When the completion screen is displayed, the order is complete.

About gift wrapping

RAGTAG Online offers free gift wrapping for your ordered products.

You cannot specify the wrapping size, but depending on the content of the item you ordered,
We will carefully wrap it in the optimal size wrapping bag.

* If you wish to have gift wrapping, we will send a delivery note without specifying the amount to the delivery address together with the item.
