Cancellation / Return

About canceling your order

Please note that you cannot cancel, add or change after ordering because the automatic processing system handles everything from ordering to shipping.
Items that have been canceled due to lack of confirmation of payment will be posted again.

Please note that we may refuse your order if you cancel frequently or if you do not follow the rules.

If the ordered parcel is returned to us due to a long absence or refusal to receive it, it will be considered that the order has been canceled, and the return shipping fee (actual cost) and cash on delivery fee of 330 JPY (in the case of cash on delivery payment) will be charged to the bank. We will charge you to pay by wire transfer.
Please note that if you do not pay, we will not be able to accept subsequent orders.

  • * If payment has been completed by credit card, bank transfer, etc., we will process the refund.
  • * We cannot accept requests for reshipment. If you wish to purchase the product, please place an order again after reposting.

About returns

RAGTAG Online does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to minor stains or stains, as the products are recycled products. In addition, after strict product check, if there are stains or stains on the listed products, they are listed in the product details. Also, due to the characteristics of recycled products, initial accessories may not be available. Detachable accessories are listed in the "Accessories" column.
Please read the details carefully and note before ordering. If you have any concerns, please contact us before ordering.

Please note that we cannot accept discount negotiations for stains, stains, etc. described in the product details.

Please note that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to customer reasons such as different images or different sizes.

If there is a problem with the product
If you find any problems with the product when it arrives, please contact us by e-mail or phone within 7 days of arrival.
After contacting us, please return the item to us within 7 days.

It is basically a one-of-a-kind recycled product and cannot be exchanged. If we cannot repair it, we will return it at our expense. If it takes more than 7 days after the item arrives, we will not be able to repair or return the item due to a defect. Please note.

The refund method is as follows.

・ For credit cards
Cancel your credit card payment.
If the closing date of your credit card has passed, the refund or offset will be made the following month.

・ Cash on delivery / Bank transfer / Convenience store deferred payment (paid)
We will refund to the specified account by bank transfer.
