About home delivery set
  • How much clothes can fit in a cardboard box or a purchase bag?
  • ● Cardboard / small (42 cm x 57 cm x height 20 cm) → About 20 to 30 thin clothes
    ● Cardboard, large (42 cm x 62 cm x height 33 cm) → About 40 to 50 thin clothes
    ● Purchase bag (width 65 cm x height 45 cm x gusset 20 cm) → About 10 to 20 thin clothes
    The purchase bag is posted in the mailbox, so you don't have to wait for it to be picked up at home, which is convenient.
    Cardboard is delivered by courier. Cardboard is recommended when there are many bulky items such as shoes, bags, and thick clothes.

  • After the item arrives at our company, we will inform you of the assessment result within the day at the earliest.
    * If the number of items is large, we will notify you of the completion of the assessment within 2 days after arrival.

  • You can upload from the "Registration / Change of Identity Verification Documents" menu in My Page or from the assessment result confirmation screen.
    * If you have not applied for purchase, the upload menu will not be displayed.
    * If you apply without registering as a member, My Page will not be displayed.
  • I don't have an identity verification document with my registered address.
  • Please upload an image of a utility bill (electricity, gas, water) receipt with your registered name and address along with valid identity verification documents.
  • Can I use only the utility bill receipt as an identity verification document?
  • You will need to submit it along with valid identity verification documents.

About identity verification number
  • What is an "identification number"?
  • By law, it is necessary to confirm the whereabouts of the person at the address stated in the identity verification document, so this document is sent to those who could not confirm it.
    For first-time users and those who applied without registering as a member, if the location of the person could not be confirmed by collection, a separate "identity verification number" was entered by Yamato Takkyubin. We will send you the documents.
    Please be sure to receive it and enter the number on the assessment result confirmation screen.
