About arrival mail of favorite conditions

RAGTAG Online, you can register search conditions for products. If you register your favorite combinations such as brand, category, color, size, etc., you can search with one click, which is very convenient.

If you register, you will be notified by email when new products that meet the conditions arrive. In addition, new products with favorite conditions are displayed on the top page, so you can easily check them.

RAGTAG Online are used items, so popular items will sell out quickly. Please register your favorite conditions and check the latest arrival products in a timely manner!

  • * Membership registration is required to use the favorite conditions. Members should also be logged in before using.
  • * Up to 10 favorite conditions can be registered.
  • * You can also set not to receive new mail just by registering.

■ How to register favorite conditions

Cancellation notification email

If another customer cancels a product Forward to store, you will be notified by email.

  • 1) Click the [Receive Cancellation Notification] button displayed on the relevant product page.
  • 2) Please register the e-mail address you want to receive the cancellation notice.
  • 3) If the item is canceled, we will notify you by email.

* It will be delivered automatically when the desired product is canceled, but it may be sold out immediately after notification. Please note.

What to do if you do not receive the email

If you do not receive the email delivered by us, there are the following possibilities.

(1) If you do not receive / reject emails with URLs, you may not receive the emails. Please change the settings so that you can receive emails with URLs.

E-mail newsletter unsubscribed

You can unsubscribe by clicking the link in the body of the delivered e-mail newsletter or by the following method.

  1. 1) Please log in and see the confirmation / change of the e-mail newsletter on My Page.
  2. 2) Check the various e-mail newsletters you wish to unsubscribe, and click the "Confirm" or "Unsubscribe" button.
  3. 3) After canceling, if the e-mail newsletter selected from the list disappears, the cancellation is complete.


How to cancel new arrival notification mail / cancellation notification mail

  1. 1) Please log in and follow the procedure from "Check / Change E-mail Magazine" on My Page.
  2. 2) Click the check box of the email you want to undeliver to enable the check, and click the "Unsubscribe" button.
  3. 3) Check the e-mail you want to unsubscribe on the "Confirm e-mail newsletter undelivered" page, and click the "Unsubscribe" button.
  4. 4) If the corresponding e-mail is not displayed on the "Confirm / Change E-mail Magazine" page, the cancellation of the new arrival notification / cancellation notification e-mail is complete.
